Our Chef Andrew Robertson has been head chef at 3AA Rosette AG's restaurant in the 5 star Alexander House Hotel, West Sussex.
Prior to this he was senior sous, then acting head chef at the one Michelin star Gravetye Manor Hotel also located in West Sussex where he honed his skills for six and half years.
His culinary experience also sees stints in the Isle of Scilly, the Cotswolds and the Scottish Borders.
